The Roaring 20’s

I can’t start a blog about glamour and not include a post about flapper fashion. Flappers wore their hair usually in a bob, short skirts and danced to jazz music without reservation. Their dresses were loose so they could dance freely and usually had a fringe element to it. We have all seen the modern-day take on “the flapper costume” in a Halloween store at some point. Why can’t we dress like this anymore!!!

Perhaps one of my favorite eras of American history. Always felt like I should have been born into the 1920s. Thanks for dropping by my blog. Glad we were able to find each other.

Even the mens fashion was amazing back then. Thanks for checking my blog out!
